Price

What is the cost of the tournament?

The prize for participating in the tournament is listed on the tournament page under “Prizes”.

Prices are per person, based on sharing a twin or double room.

Tournament information

Where will the games be played?

Games will take place at the ICERINK Stadium (approx. 20 minutes by bus from the city center).

We provide a shuttle service between the hotel and the ice rink.

Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games (2 per day).

Game duration is 3×15 minutes per game.

Please register using the registration form on our website.

Equipment and rules

Do I need to bring my own gear?

Yes, each player must bring their own equipment.

The tournament follows official ice hockey rules with some adaptations for recreational play. The rules are available on our website.

Drinks and food

Is food included in the price?

With the exception of the dinner on Friday evening, the meals organized by us are included in the price.
Dinner on Friday can be arranged individually.

Spectators

Are spectators allowed?

Yes, spectators are very welcome.

Spectators receive a discount of 40 euros.

Miscellaneous

Do I have to book the accommodation myself?

No, we will book the necessary rooms for you in one of our partner hotels.
The accommodation can be found on our homepage.

Yes, prices for additional nights are available on request.

The restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Your hostess will make sure you don’t get lost.

Cancellation fees are listed on the tournament page under “Cancellation conditions” & “Prices”.

We will pick you up and bring you back to the airport/train station.
